In addition, the weight of the formed product can be changed during the process. The Nex-Gem3 has been equipped with an automated clean-in-place (CIP) cleaning system. This system will ensure that the machine can be cleared of residue material and completely cleaned within 30 minutes, when it will be ready again for production.

The Tex 10 base-unit can be equipped with interchangeable forming units that let you create many different shapes. The Tex 10 is used to make products such as potato duchesse, croquettes and pommes noisettes.
