Pizzoli: The first launching customer for the new Kiremko fryer
A journey beginning 3 years ago with the all-new development of a state-of-the-art fryer for efficient and large-scale frying of potato products, has reached a new milestone with the launch of the first Corda Invicta fryer and installation in a high-capacity coated fry line at our valued customer Pizzoli in Italy.
Success of Pizzoli's Corda Invicta
Slim, safe, strong and sustainable were the guiding principles for the new Kiremko Corda Invicta, but at the same time for Pizzoli. In the summer of 2021, a delegation from Pizzoli visited Kiremko with some clear instructions for us; give us a fryer that produces a high quality product and at the same time is durable, efficient and also very flexible. Now, fast-forward in time, the first new Corda Invicta is running in a Kiremko coated French fry line and Pizzoli is happy to reap the success of this collaboration.

The new coating line for Pizzoli includes a two-stage fryer to fry coated fries properly. Kiremko’s Corda Invicta is ideally suited for this and also supports larger capacities. With a capacity of a good eight tonnes of finished product per hour for this line, Pizzoli is a player to watch in the market. The Kiremko coating line is designed to easily scale up to larger final capacities to meet future demand.

Many Kiremko specialists were involved in the entire engineering and installation phase of the Corda. This really contributed to a smooth start-up of this completely newly developed machine. The close collaboration between our technical teams helped us quickly identify and resolve any obstacles, keeping the project on track.”
