Qualified employees are often one of the pillars on which a successful company rests. This applies to our welders to the people in the administration and everything in between. We realize this all too well and that is why we like to invest in our people through training. This is done externally, but also internally we regularly offer the opportunity to train our employees.
Last week, an enthusiastic group of colleagues followed our internal process training. During this training, consisting of a theory and a practical part, the process behind making fries was explained. Naturally, this also includes a quality check of the end product. At Kiremko we strive for perfection.
