Kiremko is proud to be one of the companies actively supporting and implementing the Skillspaspoort. We recently opened our doors to the FME crew for a video shoot as part of the national campaign to promote this initiative. During the shoot, several of our young professionals shared their own experiences—highlighting how the Skillspaspoort has helped them visualize their growth, recognize their strengths, and map out clear development paths within our organization.
One young technician noted, “It’s not just about your diploma anymore. With the Skillspaspoort, I can show everything I’ve learned on the job and during training. It’s helped me talk to my manager about my next steps and future goals.”
