‘’Potatoes are becoming increasingly important in China.’’, says Jansen Klomp. ‘’Rice requires a lot of water, but potatoes are far more water-efficient, making them ideal for sustainable food production.’’

HZPC’s varieties Innovator and Ivory Russet already perform well in China, and through collaboration with local partners, the company continues to expand its knowledge and impact.
