Marcel van Huissteden, director at Kiremko, was also part of this panel and looks back on the panel discussions with great enthusiasm. He is quick to acknowledge and recognise the added value that female colleagues bring to various departments within Kiremko. “Fortunately, we have a ever growing number of women within our company. This is a great development. I really notice that diverse teams perform better and are more creative and innovative.”
FME Women4Tech will have a follow-up next year to enthuse and retain more women for the technology sector.
